In her new series, "Sk8t," German photographer, Elena Breuer, follows a group of skateboarders in Berlin, Cologne, and Saarbrücken. Through her use of light and contrasting tones, she captures intimate moments that would make one think she was a skater herself. But while not a professional skateboard photographer, Elena finds it fascinating to observe their world; attempting to capture the skaters' ease, skill, and camaraderie.
