POND Photo Review Vol. I
For being a publication that exists solely online, maintaining a physical connection with our community is such an important facet of POND’s being. With so much of our everyday lives being tied to a screen, having one’s own words and images be tangible is a rare thing for an artist to experience nowadays. So with that in mind, we’re introducing the POND Photo Review Vol. 1, a compilation print book featuring work from a new generation of photographers.
We are running a contest to discover creative talent to publish in our first photography book. No theme, no restrictions, just your best work. Submit below to have your photos exist beyond the Internet and published in print alongside other upcoming talent. The selections will be curated by the POND editors and the featured artists will also be shown on our site. Deadline to submit is Tuesday, February 26th 11:59PM EST. Read below for contest rules.
Contest Info
- Submission fee: $20 USD
- Contest runs from Tuesday, February 8th, 2019 - Tuesday, February 26th, 2019 11:59 EST.
- Photos must be submitted at 72 DPI with a longest side of 1000px in JPG format. Files must be no bigger than 1MB. Other file formats will not be accepted.
- Please name your files LastName_FirstName01.jpg. Example: Lawson_Deana01.jpg
- 2 photos are allowed per submission. If you'd like to submit more, a second submission will be required.
- All photographers retain their copyright if published in POND Photo Review Vol. I and in any related promotion.
