If anyone is confused on how to make music a full time job, look no further than Jason Balla. Known for his high energy in rock four-piece NE-HI, swaying lunges in Dehd, and his indie-psych outfit Earring, the last two years for Jason have been non-stop. While Chicago is home, life has been spent on the road touring with his numerous group projects. Now he's releasing his first solo material, Blue Tape, under the moniker, Accessory. Reminiscing over the past year, one that has been relatively more calm than others, Jason has created a collection of meditations and trials dealing with love, health and transformation. Listen to the premiere of Blue Tape below while reading how it all came together through collages of words, lines, and color.
